About Our Home Inspection Company

Home Pride, Home Inspection Services is an independently owned family business. We pride ourselves as being able to provide our clients with that personal touch. Being a family business, we personally know the kind of commitment you are making in the purchase of a new home. The home buying process can be stressful and now you have to find the right home inspector to meet your needs.

As an independent home inspector, we are not affiliated with any firms and have no financial interests in the transaction of the home. We do not solicit realtors or brokers to be on their ‘preferred vendor list’. This would be considered unethical and a conflict of interest to you. As you can see, we only stand behind one person, our client. Knowing who we represent should give you that peace of mind. We provide our clients with an unbiased, third-party opinion of the conditions of the property so they can make an informed purchasing decision. We work hard to give our clients a thorough, comprehensive evaluation of their prospective home.

Protecting the Home Buyer

When you’re looking at a prospective home, it may seem to be just what you’re looking for, but you’ll need to consider potentially serious unknown defects. Plumbing, electrical wiring, appliances and roofing are just a few things. How can you be sure they’re all in working order or in good condition. You don’t want to buy a home that may have problems or leave you only regretting your purchase later on. This is where a Home Pride inspection proves to be invaluable. A home inspection serves to assure you that you’re not buying a home with a lot of unknown problems.

A Home Pride home inspection can’t guarantee that everything is in perfect condition with the house, but they can pinpoint problems that you need to be aware of before making your final decision. If there are problems, you’ll have the option of asking the seller to make the necessary repairs, reduce the asking price of the home, or some other option you and the seller agree to. If the seller won’t budge on the price or repairs, you still have the option to walk away.

Taking the Fear out of the Process

You may be apprehensive about a home inspection, not knowing what’s involved. An inspection by Home Pride, Home Inspection Services is really a painless process that protects you. If you were to purchase a home by sight alone, you could be buying into a lot of problems. It’s easy to fall in love with a house, but you must be patient and smart before making a huge financial commitment. Buying a home is definitely not something you want to do on impulse. This is one time where you need to set emotions aside and remain objective until the Home Pride inspector has given the home a complete check.

A Home Pride inspection can give you a thorough and unbiased report on the conditions of the home you’re interested in purchasing. The inspector will assess the condition of the home and identify problems and areas where repairs are needed or may be needed in the near future. It’s also a good idea for you, as the potential homeowner, to attend the inspection. The inspector can point out first hand any problems that exists and areas that might pose a future problem. It’s also useful for you to walk through the inspection with the inspector because they can provide you with some useful tips on operating some of the systems in the home.

A home can’t fail an inspection. A home inspection is a non-invasive, in-depth visual e valuation of the structural components and mechanical systems of the home. The home inspection usually takes 2 to 4 hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the home. We encourage you to accompany the inspector so he can offer preventive maintenance tips, as well as share his knowledge to make you more in control, confident, and at ease about your investment.

Home Pride, Home Inspection Services is committed to making sure that you make the right decision  when buying a new home.
