Tips to Prevent Buildup on Shower and Tub Enclosure

1)  To prevent mold and mineral buildup from taking over your shower wiping the walls after each use with a squeegee will help.  Start from the top and sweep downward.  (you can purchase one in the auto section of your local store)

2)  Leave the shower door open to allow air to circulate and to help dry the enclosure.  If your bathroom has a window open it while showering to allow moisture to escape.  also, make sure if you have an exhuast that it is turned on as well.

3)  Spray the shower area with a disinfectant to prevent the buildup of mold.  Yes it is mold!  Mildew only happens outside on plants.

4)  I know this may sound funny, but it works.  Coat the tile walls of the shower with furniture polish to help prevent SOAP SCUM and water spots.
