I have over 18 years working in the residential and commercial building industry and I bring that knowledge, training and experience to every inspection.

My Inspection Reports:

My easy to understand narrative reports are customized specifically for you. The report is not only based on defects, but will also include; the positive attributes of the property, maintenance advice and general knowledge of how your home works. The report comes with plenty of photos to help illustrate my concerns so you have a better understanding.

Owner Operated:

I am the owner and inspector of Home Pride, Home Inspection Services and when you call, you speak to me directly. My client satisfaction is my top priority.

Ethics:

I never compromise my core values. I strictly follow the New Jersey “Standards of Practice” and InterNACHI “Code of Ethics”. I thoroughly inspect all major components and systems of the property for unknown defects.

Time:

It normally takes 2.5 to 3 hours on site for an inspection. I schedule 4 hours for each inspection so I am never being rushed. I am there to answer your questions even if its 6 months or a year later. If I can’t take the time to do it right, I’d rather not do it at all.

To Educate:

We encourage our clients to take an active role in the inspection by accompanying David as he inspect's each element of the home. You will learn the systems and components that make up your home and how to maintain them. Asking questions during the inspection is always welcome. This will help you get the most out of the inspection.
